Shipping policy

Because we are a recent brand and we want to ensure that everything goes smoothly before we start selling worldwide. At the moment we are only shipping to Portugal. If you are from another country, send us an email with your request to see if we can help you in any way.

 

  • Our shipping is made by PORTUGAL national courier CTT or DPD. 
  • You will be notified once your order is shipped and will be given a tracking number so you can follow its journey.  
  • Please allow 48h for your order to be processed and shipped (excluding weekends). 
  • IT’S OKAY endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time:
 4-5 working days for Portugal and Spain,
7-8 working days for Europe,
8-10 working days for the rest of the world.

 

Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

    • Delivery time may be longer during Black Friday, Christmas.
    • If you make an order on Friday or the weekend, your order will be sent on Monday. We do not ship on national holidays (PORTUGAL).

  • Once orders are shipped, delivery addresses cannot be changed, so please make sure to fill out the correct address at the check out. 
  • Please note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or isn’t available for receiving the parcel or has introduced a wrong address, shipping cost and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
  • Although we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in the best conditions possible,
  • IT'S OKAY does not have any responsibilities regarding how different custom services might treat your order.

  • In case of any additional charges or any delays on your order due to your country's custom services demands, by weather conditions, international customs issues, strikes or any circumstances beyond our control, the responsibility relies on the buyer.
  • We can't schedule a time for delivery of the parcel, IT'S OKAY advise to use an address where there is someone for reception. If you don't have someone to receive it during working hours, we strongly advise to provide us with an alternative address. If the parcel is not delivered to the address provided in the order confirmation because there is no one to receive it or to pick it up at the courier, we cannot be held responsible. Refund will be made once the parcel is returned to our office. 

 

IT'S OKAY is not responsible for parcels damaged or lost during shipping. 

Please verify carefully all your shipping information before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels/erroneous deliveries due to wrong address, phone, door number and/or other wrong shipping information.
