We don’t always talk about this.
How kindness isn’t endless. How sometimes we run out of it..not because we don’t care, but because we’re tired, overwhelmed, stretched too thin.

There are moments when being kind to others first means stepping back. Taking space. Choosing silence. Protecting what little energy we have left. And that doesn’t make us cold or selfish. It makes us honest.

We’ve learned this the hard way. Trying to show up when we had nothing to give. Saying yes when our body was already saying no. Thinking kindness meant pushing through..until we realized it also means knowing when to pause!

Real kindness needs space to exist.
Space to breathe. Space to rest. Space to come back softer, clearer, more present.

So if you need distance right now...from people, from noise, from expectations... that’s okay you know?. You’re not failing anyone. You’re taking care of yourself so that when
